Ajarn told about blog evaluation which it consist of content, design, and language, so; they are about suitable business. I studied the product strategy that it must be about product plus service and how many functions involve in managing a product. Addition, ajarn has illustrated the Apple brand, Wacoal and Victoria’s secret which they are about R&D, service, support, packing, warranty, and branding of product strategy. Moreover, I learned about product management for example Phillip Kotler which he consist of create customer value, positioning (USP; Price, quality, image, service, design, and style), and Branding. Otherwise, I still had known about Brand: promise such as Samsung, Honda, Nokia, and etc. Brand promise is the promise between the customer and seller. Brand promise must have the manage value, deliver value, and build value. Brand Impact consists of physical, emotional, and brand. When we talk about brand value, we think of fun, excitement, first class, prestige, modern, and sexy. Final, ajarn gave homework about job interview.

We roll play job interview in class and ajarn had a comment to students. I learned the style to answer when I interview job. How I should to make the strong point for the difference from other interviewers.
